Compliments & Concerns
All Neighborhood Services Organization (NSO) clients, employees, volunteers and stakeholders have the right to file a compliment or concern with NSO. It is NSO’s policy to keep a record of all complaints and to investigate to determine the circumstances surrounding any concerns that are raised.
Procedure for Filing
You may file a compliment or concern in any one of the following ways:
a) In person, by discussing the compliment/concern with the NSO contact person. You may be required to complete a complaint form. The contact person will assist with the completion of the form, if required.
b) By mail, by submitting a completed compliment/concern form or in a letter containing the information specified to:
